Heating system is unreliable and took ages to get looked at. Landlord eventually sorted it but wasn't quick about it.

Heating broke in November and took three weeks to fix. The flat also has persistent damp in the bathroom which hasn't been addressed. On the positive side, deposit was returned fairly quickly.

Landlord was very slow to respond to repair requests. Took 6 weeks to fix a broken boiler. Also had issues getting my full deposit back - they tried to charge for pre-existing damage.
